Green Park House is Bath Spa University’s new 461-bed property located in the centre of Bath, and will be available for new students starting in September 2016. This accommodation offers en-suite rooms in shared flats, townhouses with shared facilities, studios, and twodios (two study bedrooms with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities). The building also provides four accessible rooms on the ground floor. There are two accessible studios and two en-suite rooms within a cluster flat.
We will also be allowing continuing students to rent rooms in this property. Anyone interested should contact the Student Accommodation team at email@example.com.
The property has been built using classic Bath Stone and makes an impressive contribution to the streetscape. Historical photographs show a building of similar style occupied this location in the 1930s, so we are delighted to contribute to the area’s restoration while providing you with modern facilities.
Green Park House has been finished to a high standard and fitted with quality, purpose-built furniture. It also offers a laundry room, bicycle storage facilities, a student common room, and a bookable study/meeting space. A food outlet will also be opening as part of the facility.
Living at Green Park House, you’ll have the benefit of Bath’s thriving culture and community on your doorstep, with access to transport, shops, pubs and restaurants.
Newton Park Campus is easily accessible via the number 15 bus. On your way to Newton Park, the 15 stops just around the corner on James Street West. On the way home, you’ll be dropped off at your doorstep.
If you’re studying at The Circus or Dartmouth Avenue, you can take a leisurely stroll through the centre of Bath to class. For students studying at the Sion Hill Campus there is a local bus service operating from the bus station, a short walk from Green Park House. It’s also walkable if you’re feeling energetic.
